DE&I is important to our company culture

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) employee ran committee who partners with HR supports a number of programs and activities to celebrate cultural observances and people of different backgrounds, races, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, ability, and religion. One example is our summer intern program we have every year places a special emphasis on DEI, including workshops on diversity in biotechnology, demystifying the industry, and resume building. Diverse backgrounds in STEM provide unique viewpoints to our company and cultivate innovation and collaboration.
