Stage 2

Application in Review

We have moved you to the next step in our recruiting process! 

Your application is currently being reviewed by someone in Talent Acquisition or by the hiring team. If your background and skills are a potential match, someone you will move to the next step with the recruiter and someone will be in touch with you to schedule the recruiter phone screen.

Stage 3

Recruiter Phone Screen

The Recruiter will conduct a candidate phone screen to learn more about the candidate and discuss the role.
Stage 4

Recruiter Interview Prep Zoom Meeting


30 minute zoom call with candidate 1-2 days prior to help prepare them for their upcoming interview with the team. The recruiter will review with the candidate the org and team structure, who they will be meeting with and types of questions that might be asked during the interview.
Stage 5

Offer

Once the team has made a decision and selected a candidate to move forward with an offer, the recruiter will reach out to give a verbal offer then once offer details confirmed, the candidate will be sent a formal offer letter.
Stage 6

Background

Once an offer is signed, the candidate is sent forms to start the background check. We will be checking background and doing employment as well as education verifications at this stage. Typically, we need at least 2 weeks to clear background.
Stage 7

Hired

Once your background and everything is cleared, you will be sent a notification to confirm your start date and will onboard you as a new Codexis employee. As a part of the onboarding process, we will be sending you documents to complete as well as your orientation schedule.

Automated email to new hire needs to be sent at this stage
