Preliminary Screen
This is the first introduction interview step with Codexis. It's a "get to know you" step where we tell you more about our company and the role and learn about your background and experiences.
- Stage 4
Hiring Manager Zoom/Phone Interview
This is an interview typically done with our hiring manager or senior member of our team. We get to know you more and dive deeper into your skills and experiences as they relate to our role. We also give you more insight to the exciting challenges and features of the role.
- Stage 5
Full Round Interview
This interview round is where we get to know your experiences on a deeper level with various members of the Codexis team and where you get additional perspectives about the role and what it's like to be a part of the team at Codexis.

Offer

Background Check
Once the candidate signs the offer letter, they will be moved to the Background stage and will receive an automated email for this stage in the process.
